Brick By Brick - coffee, brunch, negroni.

This is hands down my favorite coffee shop in all of Timișoara! I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve been here, and every single time the experience is amazing. The staff including the owners are incredibly welcoming and always treat you with kindness and genuine warmth. I really appreciate their unique concept of not offering sugar in the coffee it’s a bold move that speaks to their passion for quality. Lately, I’ve been hooked on their iced latte, and I’ve also really enjoyed their cappuccino and tasty snacks. Everything is made with care. I haven’t had the chance to try the Negroni yet, but it’s definitely on my list! The atmosphere, service, and overall vibe are a solid 10/10. Massive kudos to the hardworking and friendly team you’re doing a fantastic job! Highly recommend this place to any coffee lover or anyone looking for a great café in the city.

Great place for brunch, food is very tasty and made with fresh ingredients. Price by portion sizes are ok for the general area. Coffe is the best I had in the area. Unfortunately I cannot give this a perfect score. The inside temperature on a sunny day was terrible. We were 2 couples and we were all sweating at 1PM in the afternoon. We had to leave because of this earlier than we would've liked. No AC in 38°C weather in a half glass room is not ideal.

The place is nice and modern, with friendly staff. The food was good, although the eggs were overboiled. They initially forgot my dish, but apologized and brought it out afterward. In the end, they didn’t charge me for it, which I really appreciated

This was easily the best brunch I've ever had. Yesterday I had the kimchi and chicken burger and today I had the pulled pork and berry sauce one and I'm just amazed. There's so much passion and involvement put in everything from ingredient making (basically everything made in house) to the recipes and the cooking. Also, the coffee is amazing and all the baristas know their craft. It's my first time in Timișoara and I'm happy to leave with a strong and certain recommendation for a brunch place ;) P.S. The atmosphere only got 4 stars because it gets a little cramped at peak brunch hours (11-12), although they fully deserve the popularity. Yesterday we had breakfast around 8:30 and it was almost empty.

I recently visited this cozy cafe, and I was really impressed! The coffee here is simply amazing – rich, flavorful, and brewed to perfection. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. The food is delicious as well, with each dish prepared with care. My only suggestion would be to add a few more food options to the menu to make it even better. Overall, it’s a fantastic spot for a great coffee and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Very good coffee here, single origin or house mix. Prices high as you would expect. 18 lei for a flat white, but clearly worth it. Free filter water.

Great coffee, great food :) My tummy is v happy. Went there twice because the food was so good the first time, I didn’t manage to take a picture before devouring it lol. A bit pricey tho and it can get a bit too noisy inside.

Brick By Brick stole my heart with its cozy ambiance and beautifully plated dishes. Perfect spot for a relaxed brunch/lunch or a quick coffee date. Everything from the food to the service felt thoughtful and inviting. Will come back for sure Update: of course I had to come back — this time with my office colleagues during our break. I tried the “Who’s Benedict?” and it was so good! Got a solid “yes” from everyone at the table. Everything was lovely.
